Parade · Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra116th Toronto Santa Claus Parade – A Christmas Celebration Like No Other

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra went above and beyond to keep the magic of Christmas alive. With special permits from the City to rehearse while maintaining physical distancing, TASSO’s young Canadian musicians worked hard to prepare for the 116th Toronto Santa Claus Parade, which was filmed on a closed set at Canada’s Wonderland and broadcast on television. Despite the pandemic's challenges, TASSO helped bring joy, hope and festive cheer to children and families watching from home, proving that with dedication, creativity and a love of music, the spirit of Christmas could shine through even the most difficult times.
