100+ travellers take the high-speed train south, tour the Palais des Papes, and rehearse at midnight.

For the first time, junior and senior bands travelled together: over 100 people and a lot of luggage on the TGV from Gare de Lyon. In Avignon we toured the Palais des Papes and sang “Sur le pont d’Avignon” on the old bridge.
At the new hotel in La Seyne-sur-Mer, seniors unwrapped the freshly tuned pans and both bands rehearsed in the dining room until past midnight.
