Community · Toronto All Stars Steel OrchestraTASSO Performs at the Pan Am Games Torch Relay Celebration

In 2015, the Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra (TASSO) proudly performed at the Pan Am Games Torch Relay Celebration at the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto.

Special guest Jamaal Magloire, NBA All Star and Toronto native, joined the band for this memorable occasion.

As the city celebrated the arrival of the Pan Am flame, carried onto the grounds by local teen para athlete Marissa Papaconstantinou, TASSO brought the vibrant sounds of steelpan music to the community festivities.

It was a memorable opportunity for our young musicians to contribute to the excitement surrounding the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games and share the energy and cultural richness of steelpan music with the public.
