Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra (TASSO) will perform for the Opening Gala of the Valencia Band Festival in the main concert hall of the Palau de la Musica Valencia. This venue, one of the banner buildings of modern Valencia, was constructed in 1987 within what’s known as the vanguard architecture movement in the city.
